In April 2020, CHANDO Group launched its Cloud Store, marking a shift towards an
internet-driven business model for its offline stores and significantly improving
operational efficiency. The following year, the Cloud Store 2.0 version was launched,
and by August 19, the Cloud Store 3.0 was fully implemented, effectively integrating the
supply chain system. The Cloud Store 3.0 enables a wide range of features, including
online sales, online checkout, membership card binding, membership points, BA points,
points redemption, drop shipping, marketing activities, live streaming, and store
management, with a total of ten key functions.
