Definitions
    “CHANDO”, “we”, “our” or “us”

This Privacy Policy applies to all brands under CHANDO, including but not limited to: MAYSU, CHANDO, Botanical Wisdom, Spring Summer, Biorrier, imine, and ASSASSINA. When you interact with us under any of these brands and provide us with your personal information, we will process and protect it in accordance with the commitments outlined in this Privacy Policy.
2. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our distributors, authorized retailers, sales representatives, employees, or job applicants. Such information may include: Necessary personal information: WeChat ID, name, profile photo, and mobile number. Optional personal information: name, gender, date of birth, region and address, interests, Taobao account, skin type, skincare needs, customer service chat records, purchase history, and information provided in user surveys.
    To register, create, log in to, and manage your CHANDO brand membership account; provide you with exclusive member services and benefits such as points, gifts, and discounts; allow you to edit your membership profile; to communicate with you; recommend products that are suitable for or of interest to you; ensure the security of our Website and application; prevent fraud; to analyze consumer behavior; and conduct operational and statistical analysis.

    When you follow our social media accounts (such as our WeChat official account, Xiaohongshu account, or Weibo account) and interact with us, or when you consent to receive our promotional messages and other marketing content, we may collect your personal information directly or obtain it through authorized sharing from third-party social media platforms.

Upon your consent, we will also obtain your WeChat ID (Open ID) for transaction completion and assistance in form filling. For the purposes, usage methods, and legal basis regarding the above-mentioned information, please refer to the table in Section 3 of this Policy.
6. As outlined in the table in Section 3, we may collect a limited amount of sensitive personal information under specific circumstances. The necessity of collecting such sensitive information and the consequences of refusal to provide or allow processing are detailed in the table below:

    You may refuse the collection of your browsing history. This will not affect your access to basic services, but it may result in a less smooth or convenient browsing experience.

7. Please note that we may consolidate and analyze the personal information collected in the scenarios listed in the table in Section 3 to evaluate and predict your personal preferences or interests. Based on our analysis, we may deliver personalized product recommendations or promotional content, or display personalized features in the application according to your interests or needs. 1. Internal sharing of your personal information within CHANDO
a. Following CHANDO’s unified information security standards and operational control policies, we may share and jointly use certain information listed in the table in Section 2.3 of this Policy within CHANDO member companies. If any CHANDO member company intends to use your personal information for purposes beyond those described in this Policy, it must obtain your renewed consent. You have the right to file a complaint or request clarification from us or the CHANDO member company that collected and processed your personal information, regarding the internal data sharing described in this section. You may contact us through the methods provided in this Policy.
b. Your personal information may be shared and jointly processed within CHANDO for the following purposes:
i. Where permitted by applicable laws, to enable relevant CHANDO member companies to sell and deliver products, provide services, and carry out related promotional and marketing activities.
ii. To analyze and share de-identified and aggregated personal information internally within CHANDO via visual dashboards or other means. These insights may be used for product and service R&D, promotion activities, among others (e.g., your membership data generated from online platforms may be shared with CHANDO physical stores to offer more personalized products and services).
iii. To detect and mitigate security risks by comprehensively performing internal risk assessments using your personal information; identify violations of laws, regulations, or service agreements; and protect you, other consumers, and our legitimate rights and interests.
iv. Other purposes permitted by laws, regulations, normative documents, regulatory requirements, or based on your consent.
c. We implement institutional, contractual, and technical measures to control the security of internal data flows within CHANDO. In addition, we conduct routine internal audits to safeguard data flows and require all CHANDO member companies to strictly comply with our information security and operational control policies.

2. Entrusted processing of your personal information
To provide services to you, we may entrust external suppliers or partners to assist us in selling products and delivering relevant services on our behalf. We will only share your information with such third parties for the legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clearly defined purposes disclosed in this Policy. If you are a CHANDO brand member and have registered accounts in multiple Mini Programs under CHANDO, your membership will remain valid as long as any of the Mini Program accounts are active. The membership will only be canceled after all such accounts are deleted.

9. Right to erasure:
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information under the following circumstances:
a. When the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, cannot be fulfilled, or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose;
